EXPECTED DELIVERABLES
Excavation works were done 100%. Leveling and grading of the foundation level was done 100% to ensure the ground receiving foundation is even and stable to support foundation.
All bases are expected to be done 100%
Setting out of columns, foundations and piles were done using total station equipments to ensure accuracy and high level precision
98 Numbers of piles expected to be drilled, reinforcement fixed, and casted.
Plain Cement Concrete PCC blinding was done on the graded surface to ensure evenness of the ground and prevent rusting of Reinforcement bars in the Bases. 3 numbers of piles were drilled, and reinforcement bars placed and casted with specified class of concrete.
Commencement of pile caps to start immediately after the pile is casted.

Preparations of Columns Reinforcements, Formworks, and casting to columns projecting to the 12th, 13th and 14th floor have been done 100%.
Preparations of Columns Reinforcements, Formworks, and casting to columns projecting to the 15th and 16th Floor slab are expected to be 100% done.
Formwork to Columns, lifts shaft, & shear walls projecting to 12th, 13th and 14th floor slab was done 100% Cutting, bending, and fixing of reinforcement steel bars to Columns, lifts shaft, & shear walls has been achieved 100%
Walling to the 14th and 15th typical floor is expected to be 100% done.
Placing of plumbing and electrical first fixes to 12th, 13th and 14th floor slab was achieved 100% Casting of the 12th, 13th and 14th floor slab was done 100%

The transformer has been delivered to the site & installation works has been done 100% Dropping of main supply cables to all shops have been done 100%
Installations of Lights to both the first and second floor are expected to be done 100%.
Installation of Lights to Ground Floor is 100% done Installation of lights to 1st floor is progressing at 90% Lift installations and testing have been completed, awaiting commissioning by the Government Inspector.
Gypsum work on the first and second floors has been done 100%. Installation of timber baffles is progressing at 80%. The staircase railing and balustrading have been completed 100%.
Completion of Gypsum installations on ground, first and second-floor walkways to be done 100%.
Washroom fittings and partitioning is 100% done. Installation of wash hand basins to washrooms progressing at 70%
The gypsum ceiling, washroom partitions, and light fixtures will be done.
Waterproofing to the swimming pool has been done 1000%. Preparation of the final paint coat to the entrances, exterior and interior has commenced.
Installation of grating and manhole covers to the parking has been completed. Post Construction cleaning is in progress.
